How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order ships. After your order has shipped, the estimated arrival date will depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

What’s included in my order?
Every order comes with a few ✨special touches✨ in a SEPARATE snail mail letter. This letter will be sent directly from Elsie in the Land of Goose and will include a certificate of authenticity, an oversized sticker postage stamp from the Land of Goose, and a stamped passport page signifying your visit to the Land of Goose. Originals may include a little something extra, such as a surprise field notes card or a mini artefact painting... 

How are prints shipped?
I am in South Africa, and shipping your print from here would GREATLY increase my carbon footprint, so I have decided to ship prints with a partner in the UK and USA to try and limit unnecessary carbon emissions as much as possible. Limited edition prints are printed on archival quality 305gsm Hahnemühle German Etching paper and shipped in a carbon-neutral way. Look out for your special snail mail extra letter that will arrive separately, directly from the Land of Goose :)

How are original artworks shipped?
Original artworks are shipped flat-packed as is to keep them as secure and protected as possible during travel. 

Will the colours look exactly the same in real life?
Colours may look slightly different in person due to screen settings and device displays, but every effort is made to show the artwork as accurately as possible, with a graphic design and fine art team helping me colour match the prints as closely to the original as possible.

Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because each piece is made to order, I’m unable to offer refunds or returns. Please read product details carefully before placing your order. HOWEVER, if something goes wrong (like a damaged print, which is rare, but life happens), it will be replaced.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Let's travel the world! My original paintings can be shipped internationally from Cape Town, South Africa. Limited fine art prints are shipped from the USA or UK. 

Is insurance included?
Yes, all orders are shipped with insurance for extra peace of mind. 

Copyright stuff

Elsie retains the full copyright to all artwork and images she creates. Purchasing an original artwork, print, or commissioned piece gives you ownership of the physical piece only, not the copyright.

This means the artwork may not be copied, reproduced, edited, scanned, resold as prints, used for merchandise, shared for commercial use, or used in any way to make new products without Elsie’s written permission.

Elsie reserves the right to photograph, share, publish, and reproduce her work for portfolio use, marketing, exhibitions, prints, and other creative or business purposes.

Copyright stays with the artist at all times unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Custom commission spots are limited and scheduled throughout the year on a monthly basis. All commissions need to be applied for first. Each application is reviewed to make sure the idea fits with my style and themes. Some requests may be approved, adjusted, or declined depending on fit. Commissions are considered on a first applied, first served basis.

Custom paintings are priced at 40-50% above the standard size rate.

If your application is approved, Elsie will send you a scheduled commission date. To secure your booking, a 60% deposit is required after you receive a rough mockup of the composition image.
